Leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Isoko North Local Government Area on Wednesday, paid a solidarity visit to Hon Oviemuno Oghoore, the immediate past Commissioner for Transport, Delta State, soon after Governor Ifeanyi Okowa dissolved the state executive council.
The party leaders, said Hon. Oviemuno Oghoore and pioneer speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Okoro, who was Special Adviser in the dissolved cabinet, were adjudged by the leaders as worthy ambassadors of Isoko North.
Interestingly, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Okoro, was in the entourage that visited the former Commissioner. Ohers in attendance include; Dr (Barr) Paul Oweh,, Commissioner representing Isoko nation in DESOPADEC, Dr Patrick Akporuno, Executive Assistant to the Governor, Comrade Felix Ofou, Chairman Board of Directors, Delta Broadcasting Service, Asaba.
Also on the entourage were; Hon Jahswilk Asaba, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Hon Jonathan Umukoro, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Hon Mike Ogwah, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Hon Christian Iteire, Executive Chairman, Isoko North Council, Dr Peter Emaziye, Senior Special Assistant to the Deputy Governor and Prince Godwin Ogorugba, PDP Chairman, Isoko North, among others.
