Communications company, MainOne founded by Funke Opeke is set to be acquired by US firm, Equinix for $320m. In a press statement, Equinix said that the acquisition is its expansion into Africa. MainOne, is a West African data centre and connectivity solutions provider, with presence in Nigeria, Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire.
