Special Assistant to Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State on Media and Strategic Communications, Mr. Oliver Okpala, has descended on Dim Chukwuemeka Ojukwu’s son, Emeka, in a war of words, describing him as an inconsequential figure, who has little political value.
