All roads lead to Obinagu, Nsukwu, and homestead of Nollywood big player, Chief Gab Okoye, popularly called Igwe Gabosky in Abatete, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, as Nollywood stars and stakeholders are billed to besiege the town on Friday, December 29th, 2017.
Thebladeng gathered that the day is reserved for the traditional marriage of Igwe Gabosky’s daughter to her beau.
The final leg of the ceremony, the white wedding, comes up on January 6th, 2018, at the Catholic Church of Assumption, 2 Kwame Nkrumah Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja. The reception is billed for the International Conference Center (ICC), Abuja.
Igwe Gabosky is one of the revered players in the Nigeria film industry. He was co-producer of the wave making Igbo flick of The 90s, Nneka (The Pretty Serpent). He also produced the most talked about epic film, Battle of Musanga which holds the record as the movie with the biggest cast ever in Nollywood.
