.CANVASES SUPPORT FOR AYADE, ATIKU & OTHER PDP CANDIDATES
Senior Special Assistant to Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State on Youth and Branding, Dr. D.C. Enamhe, has called for the unity of all Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) members in the state as the party prepares for the 2019 general elections.
Dr. Enamhe, who lost his primaries election to the incumbent, Hon. Legor Idagbor for the Bekwara/ Obudu/Obanliku Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, said it was time for winners and losers to bond together and deliver victory for the party in the upcoming elections.
The lawyer, in a release made available to thebladengr.com, said that “elections are made to be won and lost, but as loyal party members, everyone must move beyond the primaries and work towards the victory of the party at the main elections”. “Political loyalty must always supersede personal interest”
Enamhe said that in his own case, he has moved beyond losing his quest to get the party’s ticket, but is now poised to work hard to deliver the tickets of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as President, Prof. Ben Ayade as Governor and others who are on the bill of the pdp at all levels in the state.

“That I lost the ticket is not the issue in my case, but there was a smear campaign to rubbish my reputation and achievement in the party. I also escaped assassination in the process. But all these trials cannot make a foundation member of the pdp like myself, to slacken in my push to see to the success of our great party”.
“I have forgiven everyone who must have wronged me during this period. I also ask anyone whom my actions may have irked to forgive and let’s move forward. All hands must be on deck, to deliver Alhaji Abubakar Atiku as President, Prof. Ben Ayade as Governor and others who are on the bill of the PDP at all levels in the state”.
Enamhe thanked Governor Ayade, former Governor Liyel Imoke, Rt. Hon Orok Duke, Dr. Pius Tawo and other prominent citizens who he said intervened on his behalf at a very critical moment of his political life.
