The Ezeani family of Umume-Ojiaku, Ehim-Umunuko, Ukpor in Nnewi South Local Government Area of Anambra State has announced the demise of their matriarch, Mrs Nwayieke Ezeani. She was aged 75.
A press statement signed by her son, Chief (Sir) Chukwubuikem Tony Ezeani, KSJ (Odenigbo Ukpor) indicates that funeral rites for the late Mrs Ezeani will commence at 5.30pm on Tuesday, 23rd April, 2019 with a wake keep at the late Gabriel Ezeani’s compound, Ehim-Umunuko, Ukpor, Nnewi South Local Government Area of Anambra State.
On Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at 8am, her remains will lie in state at her late husband’s compound while at 10am a Requiem Mass in her honour holds at the same venue, to be followed by internment. Condolences and reception for invited guests follow immediately after.
Condolence visits will continue on Thursday, April 25, 2019 while Thanksgiving Mass for the late Mrs Ezeani holds at St. Peter Clavar Catholic Church, Umunuko, Ukpor on Sunday, April 28, 2019.
She is survived by highly successful children and grandchildren including Chief (Sir) Chukwubuikem Ezeani, Chairman, Tomez Group, Dara Kenneth Ezeani (Dara Nnakenyi), Managing Director, Rita-Ken Nig Ltd, Lagos, Ezike Ifeanyi Louis Ezeani (Ezike Nnayelugo), Managinig Director, Ifytez Automobile Ltd, Port harcourt, Mrs Uchenna Izuora( Nee Ezeani), Branch Manager, First City Monument Bank, FCMB, Amuwo Odofin Branch, Lagos, Mrs Nneka Okolocha( Nee Ezeani), Assistant Manager, Zenith Bank Plc, Lagos, Mrs Ogochukwu Annie Mowarin (Nee Ezeani), Service Officer, Keystone Bank, Lagos, Dr.Ignatius Ugochukwu Ezeani(Okpala Nwachinemelu), Consultant Physcian/ Endocrinologist, Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia, Abia State.
