CUXHAVEN IN EYE OF RAGING STORM

By Lewis Kodjoe

This is a clarion call on the entire and concerned citizens of the fast-rising city Cuxhaven, to rise up and defend its economy from the destructive hands of roaming saboteurs out for calamitous sabotage.

A conflict of interest predicated on low interest of Mr. Norbert Plambeck is gradually and steadily overturning the city of Cuxhaven sequel to the buy-outright of Cuxhaven Alterfishereihafen with funds allegedly sought from Abu Dhabi.

This is first step to the strategic planning of a total control of the city’s economy.

The scheme is to plant a surrogate on the seat of the Lord Mayor in Cuxhaven by the sponsorship of Mr. Uwe Sandjer, who with all might and strength worked behind the scene for the successful bidding and taking over of the Cuxhaven Alterfisherei haven by Mr. Plambeck.

This in my view and to every Democrat who believes in the rule of law is very worrisome.  The fact that Mr. Plambeck acquired the Cuxhaven Alterfishereihafen based on an agreement to modernize and upgrade the facilities but true to who he is, after paying the said 1million Euro, quickly increased the Tenement Rates almost immediately in order to recoup and maximize his return on investment sum at the expense of the city and people of Cuxhaven.

The immediate past Lord Mayor, Dr. Ulrich Getsch, a man of honor and integrity did not accede to Mr. Plambeck’s request and plans and seems an obstacle to them in the taking over of Cuxhaven as a conquered territory.

Credence affirms above assertion by the unguarded statement of Plambeck’s son in Abu Dhabi that soon the city of Cuxhaven would surrender to Plambeck’s Family as the deal has been sealed with Sandjer.

The Business strategy of Plambeck is that of organizing and arranging business meetings with very big companies as an act of disguise with an intent to use same as an image of a successful Business Entrepreneur.

This is a worrisome development, subjecting a plum contributor to the city’s economy into the hands of the selfish and unpatriotic citizens and their foreign agents and financiers.

It is widely believed that, ”the failure of the city of Cuxhaven to treat such issues can lead to an eternal regret”.

Prompt action in the interests of humanity, good governance, transparency and social responsibility should be taken on this issue.
