The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 348 new cases of COVID-19 in the country.
The announcement was made via its Twitter handle at six minutes before midnight on Wednesday.
The new cases bring the total to 11,166 cases recorded in 35 states and the federal capital territory (FCT), while Cross River is the only state yet to record any COVID-19 case.
The NCDC said 3,329, recovered and were discharged while 315 have died.
Of the 348 new cases recorded yesterday, Lagos led with 163, FCT-76, Ebonyi-23, Rivers-21, Delta-8, Nasarawa-8, Niger-8, Enugu-6, Bauchi-5, Edo-5, Ekiti-5, Ondo-5, Gombe-5, Benue-4, Ogun-2, Osun-1, Plateau-1, Kogi-1, Anambra-1.
