In the whole of Ghana, His Royal Majesty Eze (Dr) Ambassador Chukwudi Jude Ihenetu, Eze Ohazurume 1, Eze Ndi Igbo Ghana, is one of the most respected as well as influential. He is the only leader of a diaspora group recognized by the Ghanaian government.
Indeed, the Ezendigbo Ghana, is gazette in the laws of Ghana as a paramount ruler of his people. This is what gives him an edge over other leaders of various nationalities who sojourn in Ghana.
At his palace in the highbrow East Legon area of Accra, it is like going on a pilgrimage to a holy site as Ghanaian aristocrats, nobles and other very important dignitaries flock the place to have audience with him. Interestingly, Ghanaian chiefs from as far as Kumasi, come to Accra with gifts to woo him to grace their cultural events and ceremonies.
The Ghanaian government also defer to him when it comes to issues that relate with Ghana and Nigeria.

Eze Ohazurume is also a successful businessman. His business ventures span Ghana, Nigeria and other Afrcan countries. He is the chief executive officer of Chibert Group of companies which has Chibert Transport Limited, Chibert Mothercare Limited, Chibert Farms Limited, Chibert Aluminium Limited, West Coast Entertainment Limited, Chibert Oil & Gas West Africa Limited, Chibert Marine Services, Nigeria Limited as well as Ivory Vision College, Ghana, under its fold.
Outside his numerous ventures, Eze Ohazurume is highly cerebral. He is a researcher and an author. One of his books, “All About Leadership and Attainment of Achievements”, outlines the importance of African cultural values vis-à-vis modern leadership acumen. Born in Umudoroha, Amaigbo Nwangele Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria, Eze Ohazurume 1, had his primary school at Township Primary School, Nsujaba, Imo State.
He attended Comprehensive Secondary School Nsujaba for his junior secondary school education and proceeded to Government Technical School Owerri, Imo State. He is a graduate of Political Science from the Lagos State University.
Eze Ohazurume is married to a Ghanaian and they’re blessed with five children.
