The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, on Sunday, bowed to the pressure of the Nigerian public when he ordered a disbandment of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Nigeria Police Force. He also ordered that operatives of the FSARS, will be redeployed to other police formations and commands.
