Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has amended the sack order earlier handed down to the Executive Council this morning.
Gov. Ikpeazu while recalling his suspended Chief of Staff. Dr. ACB Agbazuere, had dissolved his Exco, asking his Commissioners and all those affected, to hand over to Perm Secs in their ministries.
However, a new release from Government House, signed by the Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Barr Chris Ezem, has amended the order.
The new order, has asked the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr Uche Ihediwa, Commissioner for Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu andthe Commissioner for Health, Dr Joe Osuji as well as the SSG to continue on their jobs.

Further to the earlier announced dissolution of the state executive council, the Governor has directed that the previous announcement exempts the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr Uche Ihediwa, Commissioner for Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu, and the Commissioner for Health, Dr Joe Osuji.
They are to continue performing the duties of their office along with the Secretary to State Government, Barr Chris Ezem.
