Former Deputy General Manager of Access Bank, Ms Maryam Ezechukwu, has been appointed Board Chairman, Sytiamo Technology Limited.
According to Michael Ogbaa, co-founder and CEO of Sytiamo Technology Limited, Ezechukwu, an astute banker, accomplished professional and a compassionate mother with over twenty nine years banking experience that covers virtually every aspect of banking, is expected to bring her wealth of experience to bear in her new role in Sytiamo.
Ezechukwu’s illustrious career spans across Nigeria and the West African Coast where she held top management and executive positions including being a member of board at various points. She has previously worked with Guaranty Trust Bank, First Bank amongst other banks before retiring from Access Bank as Deputy General Manager.
Sytiamo Technology Limited, incorporated in 2015, is an enabler for payment and lending in the financial inclusion ecosystem with the primary business focus of micro-lending to market women. The company has lent to more than 1500 market women, to start or grow their businesses, in more than 35 markets in major cities.
