The Court of Appeal sitting in Calabar has sacked the Senator representing Cross River North, Mr Stephen Odey. The court on Friday, ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to withdraw the Certificate of Return it issued to Odeh and issue a fresh one to Hon. Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe.
