Oando plc has successfully concluded its long-awaited 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), at the Wings Office Complex, Victoria Island, Lagos, the meeting was held today Tuesday, August 31, 2021. The company’s AGM comes in the wake of an out-of-court settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) who hitherto, suspended the company’s AGM in 2019.
