Bolarinwa Oyegoke Babalakin, a former justice of the supreme court, is dead. He died in the early hours of Saturday at the age of 94. The deceased is the father of Wale Babalakin, a senior advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and chairman, Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Ltd. The late Babalakin, who was called to the London Bar in the 1950s, retired from the supreme court in 1992.
