The music horizon in Nigeria keeps getting enlarged despite challenges that it is confronted with. Be it in the recording province or performing sphere, budding artiste brave to make inroads in the beat scene as new entrant, Mindflow, has emerged on the scene with his debut single, ‘Nobody’.
The up-coming act pushed out the work about the second week of December with an accompanying video which is already making some waves on a couple of television channels around the country.
Mindflow (real name, Akinbayo Babatunde Charles), who described his kind of music as rock-reggae, explained that he was propelled to render the song due to the fact that when nobody stands to help you, only God will be there to stand for you, and make you overcome your problems, fears and realise your dreams.
‘Nobody’ is a production of Hacdot Productions which is positioned to be included in an impending album, Mindflow informed, just as he added that he looked forward to going professional in the nearest future.
Said Mindflow, a 300 Level student of Creative Arts at the University of Lagos: “Doing music as a profession is my dream and it’s still part of creative art which I am currently reading in school”.
‘Nobody‘ is released on the King Flows Entertainment music label.
