The governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in the 2021 Anambra Governship Election, Mr. Valentine Ozigbo, has joined the 2023 senatorial race.
Ozigbo revealed this on Sunday, during a chat with journalists at his country home.
He said that the people of Anambra South, and influential voices across Anambra State have asked him to run for the Anambra South Senatorial seat.
Ozigbo, a former President and Group CEO of Transcorp Plc placed second in the Anambra 2021 governorship election behind Prof. Chukwuma Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA.
