The funeral rites of late maverick politician and billionaire businessman, Senator Arthur Nzeribe, has commenced.
According to a statement signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Burial Committee, Chief George Moghalu and Chief Enyinna Onuegbu, the obsequies will begin Tuesday, May 17, 2022, with a night of tributes at the Ecumenical Centre, Abuja.
An amended programme signed by his son in-law, Mr. Chima Anyaso, said that on Friday, May 20, 2022, a vigil mass would hold at his Haven of Peace homestead, Oguta from 5-7pm.
On Saturday May 21, 2022, a Requiem High Mass will be held for him at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oguta, followed by interment at his home, Haven of Peace, Oguta.
Condolence visits and more traditional rites would follow that same Saturday, while the outing Mass would take place Sunday May 22, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oguta
