It was an experience to treasure as youths gathered for the maiden Entertainment Media and Events Promoters Association of Nigeria (EMEPAN) Masterclass workshop in Lagos, penultimate week.
The workshop which took the youths on how to plan events as well as how to report entertainment events, saw experts in the media, event planning, advertising and journalism, dishing out their experience in artist/events management, advertising, events reportage and management.
Those who took the youths on the workshop include, publisher of CKN News and President, Guild of Professional Bloggers Association of Nigeria, Mr. Chris Kehinde Nwandu, Group Politics Editor of the Thisday newspapers, Mr. Nseobong Okon Ekong, actor, public relations expert and broadcaster extraordinaire, Mr. Justice Atigogo and the editor Guardian on Saturday, Mr. Chucks Nwanne.
EMEPAN Director of Communications, Mr. Amaobi Madu, said the organisers, held the Workshop to groom a new generation of industry practitioners.
He also revealed that the outfit will soon unveil other lined up programmes that will engender tremendous change in the Entertainment Media and Event Promotion sectors.
The workshop took place on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2022 at the CCX Event Center, 273 Kofo Abayomi Street Victoria Island, Lagos.
