Nigeria’s Super Eagles on Friday night, held Algeria’s home-based side to a 2-2 draw at the Mohamed Hamlaoui Stadium, Constantine.
Karim Aribi scored the opener for Algeria in the 33rd minute in the test- match, but substitute Alex Iwobi equalised for the Super Eagles after the break.
Aribi again put the Algerians ahead before Nigeria’s Cyriel Dessers leveled scores for the Super Eagles.
On Tuesday, the Super Eagles will face Algeria’s main team in a friendly at the Miloud Hadefi Stadium, Oran.
