As you read this, all is not well with the Imo State chapter chairperson of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Ms Nneoma Ukpabi.

The is because, the National leadership of the AGN has suspended her indefinitely over an alleged fraud mess.
The AGN in a letter signed by its National President, Ejezie Emeka Rollas, MON, said Ms Ukpabi will remain suspended until “a series of issues raised against her by the National Working Committee of the AGN is determined”.
Specifically, a viral video by one Miss Favour, a new AGN member trended over the weekend where the suspended chairman, is accused of fraudulently obtaining N400, 000 promising to procure visa for the AGN member.
While directing her to hand over all the AGN Imo State chapter properties in her care to the Vice Chairman immediately, the National Executive Council, NEC, informed the Imo AGN leader that her suspension was to enable her defend the allegations gross indiscipline and unlawful misconduct capable of bringing the image and reputation of the Guild to disrepute before the National Disciplinary Committee.
