General Lucky Eluonye Onyenuchea Irabor, Chief of Defence Staff on Thursday, played host to Major General Barry Tariye Ndiomu (retd), the Interim Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP. The PAP boss, was on a courtesy visit to the office of the Chief of Defence Staff in Abuja, on 1st December 2022.
