President-General of the apex Igbo sociocultural organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Prof. George Obiozor, is dead. A statement from the Imo State Governor, Chief Hope Uzodinma, confirmed the death of the eminent citizen on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the news had gone viral that Prof. Obiozor had passed on but Ohaneze came out to deny it.
