The remains of the Founder and CEO of the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA), Ms Peace Maria Ogechi Anyiam-Osigwe, MFR, will be laid to rest in Lagos on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
A funeral programme released by her family, revealed that a Night of Tributes will be held in her honour on Saturday, February 11, 2023.
This will be followed by a Service of Songs on Monday, February 13, after which she will be interred on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
Peace Anyiam-Osigwe who was also the President of the Federation of Registered Nollywood Guilds and Associations of Nigeria, died on January 10, 2023, after a brief illness.
Meanwhile, her constituency, Nollywood is kick-starting her funeral rites with an industry Night of Tributes. The tributes night will hold on Thursday, February 2nd at the National Theatre, Iganmu, Lagos.
