Hon. Kingsley Chinda of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Rivers State, has emerged as the Minority Leader of the 10th House of Representatives.
Chinda, who represents Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency of Rivers State(ex-Gov. Wike’s constituency), emerged as the leader at a meeting of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) caucus in Abuja on Friday.
This followed the withdrawal of Rep. Oluwole Oke (PDP-Osun State), who was his main contender, from the race.
Rep. Ali Isah (PDP-Gombe State) also emerged as the Minority Whip of the 10th Assembly of the House.
