President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday, approved the appointment of former Lagos State Commissioner of Police, AIG Hakeem Odumosu rtd as the substantive chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
Odumosu’s appointment is however, subject to the confirmation of the Senate.
Tinubu had last week, suspended the former chairman of the Agency, Abdulrasheed Bawa indefinitely following allegations of abuse of office and other sundry issues.
