A Magistrate Court sitting in Ibadan on Monday, ordered the remand of skit maker, Abdullahi Maruff Adisa, popularly known as Trinity Guy, in prison over allegations of making dangerous pranks and sexually harassing a minor.
The Nigerian Police, had through Force Public Relation Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, called for the arrest of Trinity Guy following a viral video of his dangerous pranks.
Trinity Guy was arrested by the Oyo State Police Command on Friday, and charged to court Monday.
Magistrate P.O. Adetuyibi, while denying the bail application, by Trinity Guy’s counsel, stated that the allegations against the Skit maker is currently receiving attention of the state Ministry of Justice.
The court also ordered that the parents of the little girl in the video be remanded alongside Trinity Guy till next sitting.
