Iconic Emirati Fashion Designer and humanitarian, Dr Mona Al Mansouri, has officially thrown her weight behind the forth coming ‘The Voice Business Forum & Awards 2023′.
This year’s event, themed ‘Harnessing our diversity towards Africa’s advancement’ will take place in Almere, The Netherlands, on the 28th and 29th of September 2023.
Before becoming the globally acclaimed Fashion Designer she is today, Dr Mona, had excelled in academics, graduating with a double major in Geology and Biological Engineering. However, her talent in fashion designing and creativity, wasn’t something she was going to forget, and thankfully, that passion and her unquenchable love for fashion has made her one of the most sought after internationally acclaimed Emirati fashion designers in the world as well as a renowned entrepreneur.
Dr. Mona has also made a mark for herself in the international arena. She has travelled the world presenting her own creations. Her work has been showcased around the globe, including Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Britain, Egypt, France, Lebanon, Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, UAE and Bahrain. Most recently, her event in Tel Aviv, Israel proved a major hit.
Again, she has over the years galvanized support to advance the course of fashion in the Arab world and most recently, and with the same enthusiasm, she has extended the focus to Africa supporting the young and upcoming Fashion designers across Africa and all over the globe to becoming Iconic figures in the fashion industry.
Dr Mona Al Mansouri enjoys access at the highest levels to key decision makers in both public and private sectors globally, and especially in the Arab world, Asia, Europe, Americas and Africa. She has championed the building and strengthening of economic and political relationships between the emerging countries and economies of Africa and those of the more developed world. Her target has always been to help to reduce poverty and support capacity building through education and through the creation of employment opportunities to benefit particularly women and children through her fashion collections and exhibitions.
The iconic fashion designer is a recipient of several international awards, commendations and accolades from different institutions globally and she is tirelessly busy pushing for equal opportunities for all, despite race, colour or religion.
Speaking via a telephone conversation with the founder and publisher of The Voice publication, Ambassador Elvis Iruh, she strongly expressed her commitment to be part of the organization, as she delightfully anticipates joining dignitaries from around the world to celebrate with the Voice Business Forum & Awards 2023. She assured the publisher that she will encourage her entire network to participate in this year’s ceremonies in The Netherlands.
