The Alumni Association of the University of Calabar (UNICAL) has congratulated Malabite Sen. John Owan-Enoh and Malabress Dr. Beta Edu on their recent nominations as Minister-designates to serve under President Bola Tinubu-led National Executive Council (NEC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In a release signed by the Alumni Relations Officer, Dr DornKlaimz Enamhe, fapnm, the University of Calabar Old Students body expressed confidence in the duo’s abilities, saying: “We are quite sure that under your great leadership, wisdom and guidance the nation would soar higher as you take up your new responsibilities.”
Pledging its full and unalloyed support to the potential Ministers, the Alumni Association said that it looks forward to productive cooperation, while wishing them the best as they fly the flag of their prestigious alma mater and Cross River State in their new roles of service to fatherland.
