The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), has elected Dr. Ike Neliaku of Rightangle PR as President of the Governing Council of the Institute. Dr. Ike Neliaku of FCT Chapter, defeated Mrs. Nkechi Ali-Balogun of Lagos Chapter Chairman, to clinch the post. The members also elected other 16 officers as members of the Governing Council of the Institute.
