King of Fuji music, Wasiu Ayinde Marshall (alias K1 De Ultimate), has gone into seclusion preparatory to his installation as the Olori Omoba Akile Ijebu.
Thebladengr.com gathered exclusively that K1 who is the Mayegun of Yorubaland is undergoing his purification somewhere in Idewon quarters of Ijebu Ode.(See video)
The new title is among the highest in Ijebu land as K1 now has a big say on the kingship of the land among other issues.
A colorful ceremony preceded his entry into seclusion on Monday. The ace musician is expected to be in seclusion till Tuesday26th when he will be crowned by the Awujale of Ijebu Land, Oba (Dr.) Sikiru Adetona (Ogbagba II).
He succeeds late Otunba Subomi Balogun, the founder of First City Monument Bank, FCMB, who died recently at the age of 89.
