Former President Donald Trump has been elected the 47th president of the United States, securing over 270 electoral college votes early Wednesday morning, according to Decision Desk. Trump, who served as the 45th president from 2016 to 2020, will be the second president in history to serve two non-consecutive terms, after former President Grover Cleveland.
