Beauty queen, actress and filmmaker, Ibinabo Fiberesima, has landed a new job.
Ibinabo who is putting finishing touches to her cinema film, “Amanyanabo: The Eagle King”, has been appointed as a Supervisory Councillor in her Okrika Local Government area of Rivers State.
Ibinabo who was sworn into the office alongside others by the Executive Chairman of Okrika LGA , Hon. Sir Igwe Achese, is representing her Ward 3 as Supervisory Councillor.


Meanwhile, the popular beauty queen who owns the Miss Earth Nigeria pageant franchise, as you read this, is right now in rehearsals for the epic play “Olu Akengbuwa”, to be staged in Warri on Monday, December 30, 2024.
The play written and directed by the former President of the Association of Nollywood Core Producers, ANCOP, Hon. Alex Eyengho, will feature great thespians like Ejike Asiegbu, Nobert Young and Peter Fatomilola among others.
The epic play is centered on the life and time of the wealthy Itsekiri King, Olu Akengbuwa, the 16th Olu of Warri, who was the longest occupier of the throne.
