The Nigerian film industry has experienced a significant surge with the Box Office recording an impressive 60 per cent increase in 2024. The chairman of Cinema Exhibitors Association of Nigeria (CEAN), Mr. Ope Ajayi, revealed that N11.5 billion was realised in the year 2024 from ticket sales across cinemas in Nigeria, as against N7.2 billion made in 2023.
