Sheriff Oborevwori, the Delta State Governor has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Sir Festus Ahon, the Chief of Staff to the Governor confirmed the development on Wednesday.
According to him, Oborevwori’s decision was made following an extensive consultations with political stakeholders.
Though as at the time of filing this report, the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the State was yet to issue any statement on the development.
