Renowned billionaire businessman and philanthropist, Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata is dead.
Alhaji Dantata reportedly died in the early hours of June 28, 2025 at the age of 94 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
His death was announced in a statement by his Principal Private Secretary, Mustapha Abdullahi Junaid. Junaid wrote, โInna lillahi wa inna ilayhi rajiโun. It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of our beloved father, Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata. May Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus and forgive his shortcomings. We will provide details regarding funeral arrangements as they become available, inshaโAllah.โ
