WHAT EXACTLY IS BRITAIN AFRAID OF?

By Abiola O. Aloba

Why is Britain & others like her so terrified of Africa’s awakening that it sends its lapdogs—its media tools— likes, of BBC, political agents, and covert hands—to sabotage our rise?

More than a century ago or even far longer that, we lived undisturbed in our own rhythm. We didn’t invade their land. We didn’t beg them for help. We weren’t broken—we were whole. In our supposed “backwardness,” we had peace, pride, and purpose.

We revered our gods— however anyone wants to look at them, cherished our traditions, healed our sick with herbs and spirit, and resolved conflict with age-old wisdom. Were we perfect? No. But we were content. We had order. We had identity. We didn’t need their chaos dressed as civilization.

Before their ships touched our shores, we were already building, thriving, evolving. From Africa’s soil rose giants like Mansa Musa—a man so rich and powerful that no king from their cold, grey lands has ever come close. And yet, they called us savages.

They came uninvited—explorers, they claimed. But they weren’t searching; they were scouting. We welcomed them with the warmth of a good people. But they brought with them greed, deceit, and a hunger to dominate. They had their intent from the get-go & came with guns & gunpowder. They used the carrot & stick approach to the Max.

They didn’t just pillage our land. They broke our spirits deliberately. They fractured our unity. They turned brother against brother with the oldest weapon in their arsenal—greed. Our gold built their banks. Our sweat built their cities. Our blood greased the gears of their so-called industrial revolution. Our backs laid their cobblestones. We built their monuments at a terrible price to us. They are the actual definition of the thief comes to steal, to kill & to destroy.

And when they saw us begin to rise, when they sensed the embers of awakening stirring in our bones—they panicked. They unleashed their puppets. Black faces in body but with colonial minds. Tools disguised as leaders, used to destabilize, distract, and destroy.

They hide behind diplomacy, behind aid, behind partnerships. But we see through the game now. The puppet master still pulls strings—quietly, but effectively. Because an Africa that knows itself is their greatest nightmare.

They boast of civilization, but their streets still reek of terrible crime which defies understanding, hate, poverty, and pain. Their society—despite centuries of head-start and immense stolen wealth—is riddled with brokenness. White skin hasn’t saved them from moral rot. So where’s their supposed superiority?

They raped us, enslaved us, then tossed us token independence in 1960. Sixty-five years is nothing in the span of history. And yet, they’ve never stopped meddling. Never allowed us to truly find our rhythm again.

Why?

Because they know our potential. They’ve seen what we were—and they fear what we can become.

A truly liberated Africa? A confident, united, visionary Africa?

That’s their greatest fear.

So they send their lapdogs to bark a la Kemi Bad anus. To mock. To undermine. So they can claim that isn’t this one of them totally denying them? They are the ventriloquist who isn’t seen but whose voice is heard! Mouth still, but voice speaking! The master puppeteer pulling the string behind the scene. Hiding in the dark like the scarycat lucifer to perpetrate evil in disguise.

But no matter how loud the barking gets, the lion is still the lion—and when it rises, the jungle must bow.

It’s just a little time more. We are coming! And like Egypt became the capital of the world at a point due to famine, which brought the world to trade with Egypt, making it the wealthiest nation in the world.

That Egypt is Africa, that unique corn that the world seeks is the truth, the untainted revelations that shall come from us! They brought us the lie, a semblance of the truth to conquer us & enslave us. But we shall win with the truth. Wait for it!
