The 102nd NEC of the PDP has approved the appointment of Ambassador Ilya Damagum as National Chairman and he has been sworn in immediately.
The NEC also ratified the zoning of the 2027 presidency to the South based on the recommendation of the zoning committee.
PDP NEC also approved Ibadan, Oyo State as the venue for the elective National Convention to hold 15th/16th, November, 2025.
The NEC also approved that all National Working Committee positions of the party continue to remain in the zones as currently constituted.
