Justice James Omotosho on Friday morning, asked security operatives to walk out Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, for unruly behavior and contempt at the federal high court, Abuja.
Omotosho had on November 7 fixed today for judgment after the court foreclosed Kanu’s defence following his refusal to open it, insisting he would not proceed under what he described as a repealed law.
Kanu had insisted on addressing the court as the judgement was about to be read, a move Justice Omotosho declined.
Kanu who began to rain abuse on the court proceedings, was subsequently escorted out while the judgement commenced.
