Former Governor of Cross Rivers state, Donald Duke and his wife Onari, on Thursday, January 22, 2026, gave out their second daughter Donna Duke in marriage in calabar, cross river State.
Donna, is marrying Tobe, son of popular clergyman, Tony Rapu, founder and general overseer of the House of Freedom church.
