Prominent Nigerians continued their pilgrimage into the ancient of Warri on Sunday as the new Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, rounded off his coronation ceremony with a Thanksgiving service.
The church service took place at high noon at the Foursquare Cathedral, Olu of Warri Palace, Warri.
Some of the eminent Nigerians who came to pay homage to the new king, include former President Olusegun Obasanjo, former Delta State Governor, Chief James Ibori, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State and Nigerian Football Federation, NFF President, Mr. Amaju Pinnick among others.
Omoba Tsola Emiko was yesterday crowned Ogiame Atuwatse III, the 21st Olu of Warri, at a ceremony that had Nigerians from all walks of life present.
