Nigeria’s Super Falcons will this Wednesday, seek to beat their Japanese opponents in the hope of qualifying for the Quarter finals of the Women’s football event at the Paris Olympics.
Super Falcons sit at the bottom of Group C with zero point, but a 2-0 win may catapult them into the quarter finals.
Japan on the other hand are more confident of qualification with three points after beating Brazil in their second group game.
The Nigerian side however have history on their side following their victory over Japan at the Greece Olympics 20 years ago.
