The “Fix PDP, Fix Nigeria” group has issued a caution to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, advising him to refrain from making utterances against former Senate President Dr. Bukola Saraki. According to Adamu Sambo, a member of the group from Katsina, Saraki is a man of honor and integrity who has consistently demonstrated his commitment to principle.
“Dr. Saraki’s decision to leave the ruling APC for the PDP in 2018 was a bold move, driven by his commitment to good governance and accountability,” Sambo stated. “It’s a move that Governor Okowa, who recently defected from the PDP to the APC, wouldn’t dare to make.”
The group commends Saraki’s willingness to stand up for his principles, even if it means leaving a party in power. They caution Okowa to avoid criticizing Saraki, who has earned respect for his leadership and integrity.
