The Police prosecuting counsel Stanley Nwafoaku from the Directorate of legal services of Federal Criminal Investigation Department of Nigeria Police Force Alagbon Ikoyi Lagos on Friday, arraigned two ladies alleged to have considered together to cause the transmission of false publication concerning Access bank to the effect that the lender is shutting down its operations.
