Edo Queens Football Club of Benin on Friday won the third edition of the Betsy Obaseki Women Football Tournament (BOWFT), after they defeated Bayelsa Queens 4-3 on penalties. Bayelsa Queens drew first blood 12 minutes into the game played at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City. Edo Queens rallied to equalize 40 minutes into the first half of the game.
