Delta State on Saturday, amassed 116 medals to emerge champions at the 2023 National Youth Games (NYG). Team Delta State dominated events in their home ground at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba, bagging 51 gold, 34 silver and 31 bronze medals to win a record 7th consecutive championship having won all the editions of the youth games since inception in Abuja in 2013.
