Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has sworn in Justice Arisa Onuoha Kalu Ogwe as Acting Chief Judge, following the directives the National Judicial Commission (NJC), against an earlier swearing in of Justice Obisike Orji, who has been suspended by the Commission.
