Ten Northern Governors of the All Progressives Congress on Saturday, endorsed the emergence of a southern presidential candidate from the party, for the 2023 presidential election. The governors called on the leader of the party, President Muhammadu Buhari to limit his search for a successor to southern presidential aspirants.
