The Candidates of the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi and Peoples Democratic Party, have filed appeals at the Supreme Court challenging the September 6th the rulings of the Presidential Elections Petitions Tribunal, PEPT. It will be recalled that the Justice Haruna Tsammani-led five-member panel of the PEPT, had dismissed the petitions of Obi and Atiku, challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu.
