The Court of Appeal sitting in Calabar this Monday, June 26, 2023, affirmed the 2018 judgment of the Federal High Court awarding the sum of N500,000,000.00 (Five Hundred Million Naira) to Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON), Nigeria’s biggest copyright collective management organization.
